Maintenance for Shopify Stores

We fix what is broken on your Shopify Store.

Not sure what needs attention? Start with a Store Check. Already know the problem? Request a clearly scoped Single Fix with a fixed price before any work begins.

Clear scope. Fixed price. No shared passwords.

Two ways to begin

Choose your starting point

You do not need to diagnose your Shopify Store before asking for help. Start with the option that best matches what you know.

01

Recommended when the cause is unclear

I am not sure what needs attention

Store Check

Your Shopify Store is selling, but something feels wrong and you are not sure where to start.

We review the published storefront, document visible problems, prioritize them and recommend what to do next. We do not need Shopify Admin access and make no changes to your Store.

USD 295. Paid in advance. Delivered within five business days.

02

For one defined problem

I already know the problem

Single Fix

You can describe the problem and the result you need.

We first check whether the request fits one clearly scoped correction. If it does, you receive the scope, fixed price and expected timeframe before deciding whether to proceed.

The initial scope review is free. You pay after approving the scope and before we request access or start work.

Request a Single Fix

If the cause is uncertain or several problems may be involved, the Store Check is the right place to start.

When the technical side feels out of control

Your Store is selling. You should not have to guess what is working and what is not.

Technical problems rarely come with a clear explanation.

A button stops responding. A product page looks wrong on mobile. An app leaves something behind. A change fixes one area and affects another.

Each issue can look manageable on its own. Together, they make your Store harder to trust and maintain.

01

Problems keep accumulating

You notice a problem, put it off and eventually lose track of what needs attention first.

02

The cause is not always clear

You can see what is wrong, but you may not know whether the cause is the theme, an app, the content or the Store configuration.

03

Every change feels risky

Without a safe process, even a small correction can feel risky.

Store Steward helps you identify what needs attention and gives you a safe, clearly scoped way to address it.

Store Check

Know what needs attention before deciding what to fix.

The Store Check is a focused review of your published Shopify storefront for when you can see something is wrong but do not know the cause or priority.

USD 295. Paid in advance. Delivered within five business days.

01

A focused review

We review the homepage, navigation and footer, one collection page, up to three product pages, search when available, cart, the first step of checkout without placing an order and the 404 page.

We use representative desktop and mobile screen sizes.

02

Problems organized by priority

We look for visible problems with functionality, responsive layout, navigation, browser behavior, app residue, basic performance, technical SEO and accessibility signals.

03

A report you can act on

Your report documents each problem with its location, evidence, priority, likely impact, recommended action and a clear verification criterion.

It ends with a prioritized action plan and the most useful next step.

04

No access and no changes

We only review the published storefront. We do not request Shopify Admin access or make changes to your Store.

Any correction requires a separate scope and fixed price.

Single Fix

One defined problem. One agreed result. A fixed price before work begins.

A Single Fix is for one identified technical problem or a small group of symptoms caused by the same issue.

If you can describe what is wrong and what should happen instead, this may be the right service.

Start with a free scope review

You do not need technical language or to identify the cause of the problem.

We review the request at no charge to determine whether it can be handled safely as a Single Fix. The free review only defines the scope. It does not include technical investigation, diagnosis or changes to your Store.

Know the scope and price before you commit

If the request is suitable, we send a written scope that states the problem, expected result, what is included, what is excluded, the fixed price, expected timeframe and how we will verify the result.

Work starts only after you approve the scope in writing and pay in advance. We request Shopify access only when it is necessary and only after those steps are complete.

Problems we can usually handle

  1. Responsive layout and mobile presentation problems.
  2. Menus, buttons, product variants, search, filters and cart behavior.
  3. Visible conflicts between apps and the theme.
  4. Product and collection template problems.
  5. A specific, identifiable performance problem.
  6. Specific technical SEO or accessibility problems.

Safe work and documented results

Nothing goes live without written approval.

Whenever technically possible, we correct and test the problem in an unpublished copy of your theme.

Before anything is published, you receive a preview, testing evidence and an Intervention Report. Each Single Fix includes a seven-day guarantee covering reproducible defects directly caused by our correction and related to the agreed scope.

A Single Fix is not suitable for complete Store builds, redesigns, migrations, custom app development, complex integrations, deep checkout changes, payments, taxes, security incidents, large data imports or several unrelated problems.

A safe and documented process

Clear decisions before access, changes and publication.

The Store Check is a read-only review of the published storefront. Every Single Fix follows a controlled process that protects your Store and keeps you informed.

01

Scope before access

Before access or work begins, you receive the problem, expected result, inclusions, exclusions, fixed price, expected timeframe and verification criteria in writing.

02

Minimum access

When Shopify access is necessary, we request only the permissions required for the agreed work. We never ask for your password, an authenticated session or a two-factor authentication code.

03

Work in an unpublished copy

Whenever technically possible, we complete and test the correction in an unpublished copy of your theme. We do not develop directly on the published theme.

04

Testing and evidence

We verify the agreed result and technical change, test the directly related journey and provide a preview, testing evidence and an Intervention Report.

05

Your review and approval

You have five business days to review the preview against the agreed scope. Silence does not count as approval. Nothing is published without your express written permission.

06

Guarantee and secure closure

The seven-day guarantee begins after publication and live validation. We keep the previous theme as a reversal copy for at least 14 days and remove access after the work closes.

Clear scope. Minimum access. Documented work. Written approval.

Honest proof

Frequently asked questions

What to know before choosing a service.

Do I need to know exactly what is wrong?

No. If you can see that something needs attention but do not know the cause or priority, start with the Store Check.

If you can describe the problem and what should happen instead, you can request a Single Fix. You do not need to use technical language or identify the cause yourself.

Does the Store Check include corrections?

No. The Store Check reviews the published storefront, documents visible problems, organizes them by priority and recommends the next steps.

It does not require Shopify Admin access, and we make no changes to your Store. Any correction requires a separate scope and fixed price.

How much does a Single Fix cost?

The price depends on the agreed scope.

The free scope review only determines whether the request is suitable. If it is, you receive the scope, fixed price, expected timeframe and verification criteria in writing before paying.

What can be handled as a Single Fix?

A Single Fix covers one identified technical problem or a small group of symptoms caused by the same issue.

Typical examples include responsive layout, storefront functionality, visible app and theme conflicts, product or collection templates, a specific performance problem, and defined technical SEO or accessibility issues.

Will you need Shopify Admin access?

A Store Check does not require Shopify Admin access.

If a Single Fix requires access, we send a collaborator request after you approve the scope and complete payment. We request only the permissions needed for the agreed work.

Can you help with a problem that appeared after a theme or app change?

Possibly, if the problem can be isolated and tested safely.

The cause may not be clear at first, so we review the available evidence before recommending a Store Check, a Single Fix or another specialist.

What happens before a Single Fix is published?

Whenever technically possible, we complete and test the correction in an unpublished copy of your theme.

You receive a preview, testing evidence and an Intervention Report. Silence does not count as approval, and nothing is published without your express written permission.

What does the seven-day guarantee cover?

The guarantee covers reproducible defects directly caused by our correction and related to the agreed scope. It begins after publication and validation of the live result.

It does not cover new requests, independent problems, later changes or subsequent changes by apps, the theme or Shopify.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

We can discuss ongoing support after an initial Store Check or Single Fix.

It is not a separate plan or purchase at launch.

Not sure what needs attention? The $295 Store Check gives you a prioritized report and a practical next step without Shopify Admin access or changes to your Store.

The Store Check does not require Shopify Admin access. For a Single Fix, we request access only after written approval and payment.
